"Alan and Lisa saved my son's car from being written off. Having been told by the insurance company that it was a total loss I took it up to ACPW. Alan did something miraculous to the door on the spot, which meant that it no longer needed to be replaced. They then sent a quote direct to our insurance company, which immediately authorised the repair. Alan supplied and fitted a new wing mirror so that the car could be driven while we waited for the repair date - which was set at our convenience. They collected and delivered the car back to our drive within the exact timescale quoted and kept us updated on what was happening all the way through. The work that they did was simply stunning. You would never know that the car had been damaged, despite the fact that both the door and bumper were repaired rather than replaced. The paintwork colour match is sublime.
